The founder
Mike Macauley
Mike Macauley founded Exagium after thirty years working in operations, procurement, project management, and supply chain. His experience with purchasing and contracts informs the tools he builds.
He works on practical uses of AI: helping people get through detailed work while keeping decisions with the people who understand it. Today, that work is focused on contracts and procurement with Clausewerk, and practical lawn care with Lawn Ledger.
He lives and works in Missouri.

Exagium LLC is based in Missouri. Its software products have their own names because they serve different people and different needs. Exagium is the company behind them.
