How Exagium LLC handles information when you visit this website or contact us.
Who this policy covers
Exagium LLC operates exagiumllc.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit this website or contact us through it. Exagium is based in Missouri, United States.
Our products have separate privacy notices. Visiting a product page on this website does not create a product account or sign you up for a trial.
When you browse
You can browse without creating an account. The website does not use advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. Its fonts and images are served with the site. The interactive examples do not send your selections to us.
Your browser still sends information needed to deliver a web page, including your IP address and request details. Our hosting provider processes that information to serve and protect the site. The website may keep navigation information, such as scroll position, in your browser for the current session.
When you send a message
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional organization, the reason you selected, and your message. It also records a reference number, submission time, browser information, and a salted hash of your IP address.
The contact database stores the hash rather than your original IP address. A hash is a disguised identifier, not a guarantee of anonymity. The service also uses your IP address in temporary memory to limit repeated requests. Operational logs record request times, paths, response status, and errors.
If the form opens your email app instead, the information is sent only when you send that email. Your email provider and ours process the message and its normal email headers.
Please leave out passwords, payment-card details, identification documents, and confidential contracts. A short description is enough to start a conversation.
How we use the information
We use messages to answer questions, discuss potential partnerships or testing, and keep track of the conversation. We use technical information to deliver the site, investigate problems, and prevent abuse.
Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Who helps us process it
Fly.io hosts the website and contact service. The deployment is configured for its Chicago region in the United States. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate their services; information may also pass through their infrastructure in other locations.
When email notifications are enabled, Resend processes the message, your name and email address, your organization if supplied, the selected reason, submission time, and reference number to notify us. Our business email provider also processes correspondence with you.
We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to someone’s safety. If the business is transferred, relevant records may be transferred with it, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence while handling your inquiry and any resulting relationship. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, legal obligations, or an ongoing dispute. Technical records and provider backups can have different retention periods.
The contact service does not currently delete old inquiries automatically. Stored inquiries remain unless manually removed. You can ask us to review or delete your information using the contact details below.
Your choices and requests
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy or correction, or ask us to delete it. Email us from the address you used to contact us, and describe your request. Please do not send identification documents unless we explain why additional verification is necessary.
The rights and response deadlines that apply depend on where you live and the law that covers the request. Where applicable, they can include access, correction, deletion, portability, objection or restriction, and an appeal or complaint to a privacy regulator. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason and any available next steps.
Deletion may not immediately remove copies in provider backups or records we are required to retain. We will explain any relevant limitation when responding. You do not need to opt out of a sale or targeted advertising on this site because we do neither.
Children
This company website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review it and arrange appropriate deletion.
Security and policy changes
The production site uses HTTPS. Access to inquiry records is needed for responding to messages and operating the service. No website or email service can guarantee complete security.
When our practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when applicable law requires it.
