Lawn Ledger terms of use

The terms for using Lawn Ledger and its supporting services.
The service and these terms
These terms cover the Lawn Ledger Android app and its supporting services, provided by Exagium LLC in Missouri, United States. A subscription begins only when you complete a purchase through the offered purchase process.
Please read these terms before using the app. Contact us if anything is unclear. The Exagium company website has separate terms for browsing its pages.
Permission to use the app
Subject to these terms and any applicable store conditions, Exagium gives you a limited, non-exclusive license to install and use Lawn Ledger on Android devices you own or control, for lawns you personally care for. You do not acquire ownership of the app or its reference material.
Do not resell the app, remove ownership notices, interfere with its services, bypass access restrictions, access another person’s records without permission, or upload material you have no right to share. This does not restrict activities that the law expressly permits.
This license is for your own use. Contact us before using the app to provide paid lawn-care services or sharing an account with other people.
Using the guidance
Lawn Ledger helps you plan and record lawn care. Its estimates and recommendations depend on your inputs, outside weather and soil information, and models that may not describe your yard accurately. Information can be late, incomplete, or wrong.
Use your observations and appropriate professional advice when deciding what to do. Photo identification, if offered, can be wrong. Notifications can be delayed or suppressed by device settings. The app is not an emergency service or a guarantee against lawn damage.
Product labels and local rules
Before applying a product, read its current label and follow the laws and restrictions where you are. Check the permitted site, grass type, rate, timing, mixing instructions, protective equipment, and restrictions affecting people, animals, or the environment.
The app cannot give you permission to use a product contrary to its label or applicable law. Local watering restrictions and application limits take priority over its suggestions. Saved mixes and application records describe information you entered; saving them does not establish that a combination is suitable.
For a pesticide product in the United States, use inconsistent with its labeling can violate federal law.
Your account and records
Keep your sign-in account secure and provide accurate information. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Signing out, deleting the app, and deleting a hosted account have different effects, described in the privacy policy.
Your records and photos remain yours. You permit Exagium and its providers to process them as needed to provide the features you choose, such as storage, sync, weather requests, or a disclosed photo feature. Export records you want to keep before deleting an account.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
If paid features are offered, the purchase screen will show the price, billing period, included features, and renewal terms before you buy. A product description on this website does not itself start a subscription.
For a recurring Google Play subscription, renewal continues under the terms shown at purchase until canceled. You can manage or cancel it in Google Play. Deleting the app or your Lawn Ledger account does not cancel billing. Access after cancellation and refunds are governed by the purchase terms, Google Play’s applicable policies, and any rights the law gives you.
The purchase screen is the place to check the current price and included features.
Availability, updates, and support
Features can depend on network access, your phone, outside data providers, and supported versions of the app. We may fix, update, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any commitments made for a paid service.
If a paid service changes or ends, notice, continued access, and any refund or other remedy must follow the applicable purchase terms and law. Unless we agree otherwise with you, support is provided as available without a guaranteed response time.
We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address misuse, a security risk, or a legal requirement. You can stop using the app and request account deletion. Export your records first if you want to keep them.
Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the app and its information are provided as available, without a guarantee of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or a particular lawn-care outcome.
Nothing in these terms removes a statutory consumer right or excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your rights under applicable consumer law continue to apply.
Google Play and other terms
Google Play’s applicable terms govern your use of the store and its billing service. Exagium provides the app and handles questions about its operation. These terms do not replace Google’s terms or change your mandatory legal rights.
Open-source software included in the app remains subject to its own licenses. Those licenses control where they grant rights beyond these terms.
Changes and contact
We will identify changes with an updated effective date and provide notice or seek agreement where required by applicable law.
