Contracts and procurement
Clausewerk
Put agreements together with language your Legal team has already approved.
Describe what you’re buying. Clausewerk assembles the contract, helps you work through negotiation, and keeps track of obligations after signature. Your lawyers approve the language and set the negotiating positions.
For · Procurement teams working with an internal Legal team.

In practice
From purchase request to signed agreement
- 01
Describe the purchase
Answer questions about what you need and the terms of the purchase.
- 02
Prepare the request
Create an RFP or RFQ with draft terms attached for suppliers to review.
- 03
Assemble the agreement
Bring together approved clauses, with their source and approval history.
- 04
Work through changes
Use the positions Legal has set. Refer exceptions back to your lawyers.
- 05
Track commitments
Keep the signed agreement and the obligations recorded with its clauses.
Your lawyers set the terms
Legal approves the clauses in your library and decides which negotiating positions your team can use. Clausewerk finds the relevant language and records who approved it, when, and where it came from.
AI can also recommend new language for review. A lawyer accepts, edits, or rejects it before it enters the library.
Less repeat work between Procurement and Legal
Your team can reuse approved language and work within agreed negotiating positions. When a supplier asks for something outside those positions, Legal gets the request and its context.
After signature, Clausewerk tracks the obligations attached to the approved clauses, including who is responsible and when they are due.
